Today, I was in a different math class with Mr. Ricke that normally. There were about 30 7th graders in this class that skipped 8th grade math to study Algebra I. This was class was crazy but Mr. Ricke had a good control over the whole class. They first went through the homework assignment over factoring, where they reported the scores to Mr. Ricke to record. They then reviewed the area and volume formula for the Starter Balance test that they will be taking next week sometime. Some examples were done on the board about the area and volumes of objects. They all then logged onto their computers to get into the practice test to take. There was a problem with not enough chargers so some students didn't have chargers but there was still chargers scattered all over the floor. This is a problem, but there might not be anyway to solve this unless they put in more plug ins. There could be a solution to have a computer room to plug all the computers in.
